We hope to promote interdisciplinary educational activities early in a student's career. HIP IMO takes place in the Stabile Research Building of Moffitt Cancer Center, on campus of the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL (Moffitt Map). Travel for out of town students will be booked directly by the program. Moffitt is one of the few free-standing cancer centers in the country and the only NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center based in Florida. Moffitt’s catchment area includes 15 counties spanning West Central Florida.

We report here on the program structure, training deliverables, curriculum and outcomes. We hope to promote interdisciplinary educational activities early in a student’s career. This so called adaptive cancer therapy modulates the drug dose according to the tumour’s growth, so to maintain a pool of sensitive cancer cells that helps to control resistance via competition.
